• Access Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property during scheduled service times. Any delays due to lack of access may result in additional charges.

Payments & Cancellations

• Transparent Pricing: Our rates are based on the size, frequency, and scope of your cleaning project. You will receive clear estimates and invoices.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee.

• Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Safety & Liability

• Insurance: We carry general liability and worker’s compensation insurance for your peace of mind.

• Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any damage that pre-dates our service.

• Valuables: Please secure or remove valuables prior to our team’s arrival. We are not liable for items left unsecured.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right at no extra cost.
